The task: To identify Sales Development Professionals with specific skills and history, the client was very precise about their requirements and having been disappointed by candidates presented by other Agencies stressed only candidates of the highest calibre and marching their exact criteria would be considered. Methodology : Having thoroughly understood the requirement, our search and selection operations were engaged, both our internal HR function and external networking resources were employed to indentify matching candidates that would meet all the criteria set by the client. Through our unique insight within the Retail Unitary Markets we were well situated to indentify candidates and exactly profile these against the brief. Working with Administrators

One of our major customers went into administration. The customer was forced into this situation due to the financial collapse of its parent company, which could not have been predicted. We reviewed various options and decided that we did not want anyone to lose from this unfortunate occurrence. We negotiated with the administrator to keep our workforce in employment and indeed offered to supply more staff. In so doing, we turned a disaster into a success. By keeping the factories going, the administrator was able to sell them and keep everyone employed.


CAD Designer and Joiners.

A middle sized furniture manufacturer had been struggling to fill a CAD vacancy for 7 months without success. After receiving a very specified job description we supplied a short-list of experienced candidates which resulted in a job offer and acceptance. The successful candidate commenced employment within 2 weeks of being told of the vacancy and we continue to work closely with this client for all their permanent and temporary vacancies.


TIG and MIG Welders

One of the most dynamic shop furniture manufacturers in the UK approached us to help recruit a large number of TIG and MIG welders for one of the largest contracts ever signed by them. Our response was immediate and spectacularly successful. Following extensive advertising we arranged multiple open days both in Poland and UK. Job offers were issued within 5 days.
